The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on our online platforms, ensuring seamless inventory management, and enhancing customer experience across e-commerce channels. You’ll play a key role in maintaining product listings, updating stock levels, handling order fulfillment, and supporting our digital sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment:
Address customer queries related to order status, product availability, and shipping.
Manage and update our presence on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).
Customer Experience:
Provide customer support through e-commerce platforms, addressing inquiries and complaints promptly.
Requirements:
Ability to multitask and work independently in a rapid-paced workplace.
Excellent communication in English and customer service skills.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
