We are a growing Civil Contracting Firm specialized in Public Works Projects and are looking for a dedicated, experienced, and professional Site Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
Plan upcoming activities, prepare execution strategies, and arrange necessary resources for smooth project progress.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce to achieve project targets.
Independently handle site-related issues and provide effective technical solutions.
Monitor quality of workmanship and materials as per project specifications.
Carry out basic Quantity Surveying (QS) and measurement works.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, departmental correspondence, and site records.
Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR), including updates on work progress, labour deployment, materials, and measurements.
Maintain proper communication and coordination with local communities and stakeholders around project areas.
Ensure timely execution of works under effective site leadership.

Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering.




Experience in multi-storied building construction and public works projects preferred.
Basic knowledge of Quantity Surveying (QS) and project measurements.
Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to independently manage labour teams and site execution activities.
Problem-solving attitude with robust responsibility and commitment towards assigned works.
Willingness to travel or relocate based on project requirements.

Honest, disciplined, and result-oriented skilled.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Capable of leading site operations with confidence and accountability.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
