Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with 15+ years of experience in residential real estate required for a reputed real estate developer based in Andheri, Mumbai

Chartered Accountants (CA) with prior experience working with a real estate developer will be considered

JD:
Managing relationships with banks, NBFCs, private investors, and financial institutions for project funding, refinancing, and credit facilities.
Overseeing financial planning, project-wise budgeting, and fund allocation to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
Supervising statutory compliance including GST, income tax, TDS, and regulatory filings across group entities.
Leading financial reporting, MIS preparation, and variance analysis for management decision-making.
Monitoring project cost controls, contractor payments, and working capital requirements across ongoing developments.
Coordinating with statutory auditors, tax consultants,



and legal teams for audits, assessments, and financial compliance.
Structuring joint ventures, investment arrangements, and funding models for recent real estate projects.
Establishing internal financial controls and governance frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability in fund utilization.
Supporting the management in strategic planning, investment evaluation, and expansion initiatives .

Salary upto Rs 60 lakhs per annum

Pay: Up to ₹6,000,000.00 per year
