Job Summary : We are seeking a proactive Floor cum Shift Supervisor to manage daily operations at our retail fuel outlet. The role ensures productive floor management, accurate cash reporting, and high safety standards.

Responsibilities :
Manage daily shift handover, cash reconciliation, and sales reports.
Directly supervise petrol attendants (salesmen) and ensure top-notch customer service.
Conduct daily dip measurements for underground tanks and verify stocks.
Enforce safety protocols and maintain the cleanliness of the forecourt.
Coordinate with managers for lubricant inventory and tanker deliveries.
Accurately record sales, manage digital payments, and handle cash handovers.
Maintain safety protocols, inspect pump cleanliness, and monitor fuel tanks.

Required Qualifications & Skills :




Proven experience as a Supervisor, Lead Man, or Manager in a petrol station (at least 2 years).
Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Valuable communication skills to interact with diverse customers and truck drivers.
Basic computer skills and fluency in Malayalam and.
Strong integrity and leadership skills.

Language Requirements :
Malayalam : Fluent (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
English : Fluent (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
Hindi : Valuable conversational/spoken skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
