Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager - Accounts & Finance

Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management
Manage and supervise the overall Accounts & Finance operations of the hospital.
Prepare and monitor Cash Flow Statements, Profit & Loss Accounts, and Balance Sheets .
Conduct financial analysis and reporting for management review.
Monitor revenue streams including OPD, IPD, Pharmacy, Diagnostics, and Insurance billing .

Accounting & Reporting
Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally ERP .
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements .
Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Handle GST compliance, filing, and reconciliation .
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and returns filing .
Handle Income Tax compliance and coordination with auditors .
Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and regulatory guidelines .

Budgeting & Financial Planning
Assist management in budget preparation and financial forecasting .
Monitor department-wise budget utilization .




Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making .

Audit & Compliance
Coordinate internal and external audits .
Ensure statutory audit readiness and documentation .
Maintain compliance with healthcare financial regulations .

Team Management
Supervise and guide accounts team members .
Coordinate with billing, insurance, purchase, and administration departments for financial processes.

Required Skills :
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and accounting software :
Expertise in GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations :
Experience in Cash Flow Management, BRS, and Financial Reporting :
Knowledge of hospital billing systems and healthcare financial operations :
Solid analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Qualification
CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com :
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance :
Hospital or Healthcare industry experience is mandatory
Experience working in Multispeciality Hospitals :
Ability to handle high-volume financial transactions :
Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
