Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain inventory records and stock updates.

Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock movement and dispatch.

Handle courier bookings, dispatches, and delivery tracking.

Prepare and maintain daily/weekly tracking and inventory reports in Excel.

Monitor shipment status and update internal teams on delivery timelines.

Maintain proper documentation for dispatches and stock movements.

Ensure inventory data is accurate and updated regularly.

Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and logistics.

Required Skills :



Robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, reports, tracking sheets).

Positive coordination and communication skills.

Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate in any field.

1 years of experience in inventory, logistics, or operations coordination.

Additional Details

Office-based role in Powai, Mumbai.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹10,780.49 - ₹22,000.00 per month
