Job Description: E Commerce Operation Executive

At Neodocs we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Management Intern to join our dynamic team. This job provides a valuable chance to gain hands-on experience in inventory management best practices within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :
Plan and manage inventory across multiple warehouses and sales channels
Work on demand forecasting to ensure high in-stock rates while minimizing excess inventory
Coordinate with internal teams and partners to reduce delivery timelines
Work with logistics partners and marketplaces to improve shipping speed and reliability
Track shipping costs, delivery performance, and operational metrics
Drive continuous improvements in fulfilment efficiency
Support onboarding and management of current sales channels
Assist in commercial discussions, negotiations, and operational setup with partners




Own initiatives to reduce cancellations and returns across channels
Work with customer support teams and, where required, directly engage with customers to resolve issues
Identify root causes and implement process-level improvements

Qualifications :
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A solid interest in inventory management and supply chain operations.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
