Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate order dispatches and deliveries across e-commerce platforms.
Follow up with courier partners regarding pickups, deliveries, delays, and RTOs.
Track Purchase Orders (POs), inward and outward inventory movement, and warehouse transfers.
Track shipments and resolve logistics-related issues.
Maintain logistics records and reports using Microsoft Excel.
Prepare and update dispatch, delivery, and inventory reports.
Ensure timely execution of logistics processes.

Requirements :
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Solid communication and calling skills.
Valuable follow-up and coordination abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Prior experience in e-commerce logistics will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
