Description

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and will be responsible for leading our QA efforts to ensure the highest quality of our software products.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes.
- Lead and manage the QA team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues in software products.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of quality control processes.
- Provide training and mentorship to QA team members.
- Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications





- 12-15 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter).
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
