Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Palantir Technology Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of data-driven solutions using Palantir and Palantir Foundry. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, data engineers, and platform teams to build scalable data pipelines, reliable ETL workflows, and reusable data products that support business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in data engineering, solution design, data quality, and platform delivery, along with the ability to mentor teams and drive end-to-end project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Palantir and Palantir Foundry solutions, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
- Design scalable, maintainable data solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL workflows and data pipelines.
- Ensure data quality, governance, lineage, and reliability across datasets.
- Troubleshoot pipeline failures, resolve performance issues, and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Build reusable data products, standardized datasets,



and transformation workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and platform teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code and design reviews, and establish technical best practices.
- Support production monitoring, incident management, performance tuning, and release management.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Palantir and Palantir Foundry.
- Strong understanding of data engineering, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
- Experience in data transformation, data integration, and reusable data products.
- Knowledge of data quality, governance, access controls, and data lineage.
- Solid technical leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience delivering and supporting production-grade data solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Foundry-based data products and scalable transformation patterns.
- Exposure to production operations, pipeline monitoring, incident response, and release management.
- Experience working with distributed teams in a hybrid environment.

Educational Qualifications

B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc., M.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc.
