About the Role:

Skillzenloop is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst Intern to support business research, requirement analysis, reporting, and process improvement activities. The selected candidate will work with team members to understand business needs, analyse information, document requirements, and contribute to data-driven decision-making while gaining practical experience in business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements from relevant stakeholders.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends.

• Assist in documenting business requirements, workflows, and process specifications.

• Analyse business data to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries to communicate findings.

• Use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to organise and analyse information.

• Create process flowcharts and basic workflow documentation.

• Support the identification of operational challenges and potential solutions.

• Assist in preparing business presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives.

• Track project requirements, action items, and deliverables.

• Maintain accurate documentation of business processes and analytical findings.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of business analysis and business processes.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Good research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Solid written and verbal communication skills.





• Ability to organise information and prepare structured reports.

• Familiarity with PowerPoint, Google Slides, or presentation tools.

• Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualisation tools is an advantage.

• Understanding of requirement gathering and process mapping is beneficial.

• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a remote environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Commerce, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field may apply.

• Freshers and entry-level candidates are welcome.
