Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite

Timing: 6:30PM to 3:30AM (Night Shift)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong experience with W2 hiring.
- Good understanding of US IT staffing, recruitment processes, and employment terms.
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and recruitment platforms such as Dice and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

- Work Requirements

- Must be willing to work 5 days a week onsite from our Noida office.
- Comfortable working in US time zones as per business requirements.
- Strong focus on productivity, quality submissions, and timely closures.
