We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive who can drive new business, build strong client relationships, and contribute to our growth in the HRTech domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HRMS/Payroll SaaS solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience in **B2B Software/SaaS Sales**.
- Experience selling cloud-based software products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.




- Strong lead generation and client acquisition abilities.
- Experience in **HRMS, Payroll, ERP, CRM, or SaaS product sales** will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualification

- Graduate (MBA preferred)
