Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive – Statutory Compliance with robust hands-on experience in factory and manufacturing-related statutory compliance. The candidate should have practical knowledge of labour laws, factory compliance, statutory registers, inspections, and coordination with government authorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR statutory compliance activities for factory operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Factories Act, Labour Laws, EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, Bonus, Gratuity and other statutory requirements.
- Handle Factory License, renewal, amendments and related documentation.
- Coordinate and support DISH/Factory Inspectorate-related matters, inspections and statutory requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, notices and compliance documentation.
- Prepare and submit applicable statutory returns and reports within prescribed timelines.
- Coordinate with EPFO, ESIC, Labour Department, DISH and other government authorities.
- Monitor contractor labour compliance, including labour licence, wage records, attendance and statutory documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance related to contract labour and factory manpower.




- Coordinate with statutory consultants and internal departments for compliance activities.
- Track statutory due dates and ensure timely completion of all compliance requirements.
- Handle statutory notices, queries, inspections and follow-up actions.
- Maintain proper records for audits and statutory inspections.
- Support management in implementing and updating HR statutory policies and compliance procedures.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Factory and Labour Statutory Compliance.
- Hands-on experience in Factories Act and DISH-related compliance.
- Good knowledge of EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, Bonus and Gratuity.
- Experience in handling Factory License and statutory documentation.
- Knowledge of Labour Laws and Contract Labour Compliance.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to independently handle statutory compliance activities.

Eligibility

- 5–7 years of relevant HR statutory compliance experience.
- Manufacturing/Factory experience is mandatory.
- Candidates with strong hands-on experience in Factory Statutory Compliance and DISH-related matters will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates available to work from Nungambakkam, Chennai are preferred.
