Job Summary

Ayursiha Hospital is looking for a friendly, confident, and Arabic-speaking Guest Relations Executive to assist international patients, especially guests from Arabic-speaking countries. The candidate will help patients with their hospital visits, treatment coordination, accommodation, and other guest requirements while ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist international patients and their families.
- Communicate with Arabic-speaking patients in Arabic and English.
- Explain hospital facilities, treatment options, accommodation, and available packages.
- Coordinate doctor appointments and treatment schedules.
- Assist with guest check-in, check-out, and accommodation arrangements.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, reception,



and other departments.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Arrange airport pickup, transportation, and other guest services.
- Follow up with patients during their stay and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with medical documents, reports, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies.

Qualifications and Skills

- Positive Arabic communication skills are required.
- Basic English communication skills are required.
- Malayalam proficiency is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in hospitality, healthcare, customer service, or medical tourism is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Friendly attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,900.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
