HIRING IN BHUBANESWAR: Operations & Data Associate (Hybrid Role)

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Operations & Data Associate for a commercial coworking space in Bhubaneswar.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing floor operations & member requests

- Cash collection, basic ledger maintenance, & record keeping

- Data entry, Excel updating, & system testing for stock booking workflows

- NISM VIII or some experience in the field finance, market

Requirements:

- Graduate (B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, or equivalent)

- Good math, computer, and MS Excel skills

- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy

Remuneration:

- Months 1–3: ₹12,000/month (Probation/Training)

- Month 4+: ₹12,000 fixed + ₹3,000+ monthly performance bonus

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha (On-site, Fixed Hours)
