To inspect water separator/Water Pump assembly operations and ensure that products meet defined quality standards and customer requirements.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Inspect components and assemblies as per quality standards.
- Check critical dimensions, fitment, and assembly parameters.
- Perform visual inspection for defects, damage, leakage, and improper assembly.
- Verify the presence and correct fitment of all components.
- Conduct functional and leak testing as per the inspection plan.
- Record inspection results and maintain quality records.
- Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming products.
- Ensure compliance with work instructions and control plans.
- Coordinate with Production for defect correction and rejection control.
3.
Educational Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
4. Experience -0–2 years in quality inspection, preferably in automotive component assembly.
5. Required Skills
- Knowledge of basic measuring instruments.
- Understanding of visual inspection and defect identification.
- Basic knowledge of quality standards and inspection records.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
