Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled AI-Integrated Automation Testing Trainer to join CareerLadder Connect platform on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for delivering practical online training sessions, mentoring students, and helping aspiring software testers develop industry-relevant skills in automation testing and AI-powered testing workflows.

Freshers with solid technical fundamentals and a passion for teaching, as well as experienced industry professionals, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Training: Conduct interactive online training sessions on automation testing using Playwright or Selenium.
- Programming Fundamentals: Teach automation scripting using JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- AI-Integrated Testing: Demonstrate how AI tools can assist with test case generation, automation code generation, debugging, and test optimization.
- Practical Projects: Design hands-on assignments, real-world testing scenarios, and practical automation projects.
- API & Functional Testing: Train students in API testing, functional testing, test execution, and defect reporting.
- CI/CD Fundamentals: Introduce learners to continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing workflows.
- Student Mentoring: Guide students in improving their technical skills, completing projects, and preparing for technical interviews.
- Learning Assessment: Evaluate student progress through assignments, practical assessments, and project reviews.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience:



Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Relevant industry experience in automation testing or technical training is an advantage.
- Automation Tools: Basic to advanced knowledge of Playwright or Selenium.
- Programming Skills: Knowledge of at least one language: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java.
- AI Awareness: Understanding of AI-assisted testing tools, AI-powered test case generation, or automation workflows.
- Testing Fundamentals: Knowledge of software testing concepts, API testing, debugging, and test reporting.
- Communication & Teaching: Good verbal communication, presentation skills, and an interest in mentoring students.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
