Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective B2B clients through field visits, calls and networking.
- Present and demo our IT / AI / SaaS solutions to business decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and
exceptional service.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer
needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients and
stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals and follow up with clients, working with the internal team
- Maintain accurate lead and deal records in the CRM
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within
the IT and services industry.
- Proven field sales experience (regular client visits) in a target-driven role
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
