InLay Creatives is looking for a creative and skilled Videographer & Video Editor who can take ideas from concept to final production. We are looking for someone with a strong creative mindset, excellent video shooting and editing skills, and the ability to lead and manage a production team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for different brands and clients.
- Operate skilled video cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other production gear.
- Shoot creative content using both professional cameras and iPhones.
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, with knowledge of CapCut and other editing tools.
- Lead, manage, and guide the video production team throughout projects.
- Develop creative concepts and execute product videos, advertisements, promotional videos, brand films, sales-oriented content, and trending social media reels.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop engaging visual content.
- Manage production schedules, maintain quality standards, and deliver projects on time.
- Stay updated with current video trends, creative techniques, and new production tools.

Required Skills:

- Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and visualisation skills.
- Good knowledge of cinematography, lighting, composition, framing, and sound.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.




- Practical knowledge of professional camera operation and video production equipment.
- Ability to shoot and edit content independently.
- Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating your shooting, editing, and creative abilities.

Experience:
Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience are preferred. Freshers with exceptional creative skills, a strong portfolio, and the confidence to manage productions and lead a team are also welcome to apply.

Salary: ₹12,500–₹25,000 per month, based on skills, experience, and overall capabilities.
