Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop nightwear collections in line with Sestra’s brand aesthetic, customer preferences, and design guidelines.
- Develop original prints, patterns, colour palettes, and silhouettes suitable for nightwear.
- Conduct trend research on fabrics, prints, colours, styles, and emerging trends in sleepwear and loungewear.
- Manage the complete design-to-production process, including fabric sourcing, vendor coordination, sampling, trims, and quality checks.
- Prepare technical packs, measurement charts, garment specifications, and production-ready artwork.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to ensure product quality, timely sampling, and production delivery.
- Monitor inventory and sales trends, identify replenishment requirements, and support collection planning.
- Work with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant fashion design tools.
- Ensure consistency in fit, comfort, fabric quality,



and finishing across all nightwear products.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience in fashion or apparel design, preferably in nightwear, sleepwear, loungewear, or similar categories.
- Graduate from NIIFT, NIFT, or a reputed fashion design institute preferred.
- Robust knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, prints, patterns, and apparel production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and relevant design software.
- Experience in sampling, vendor management, quality control, and production coordination.
- Strong creative, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage the design-to-production lifecycle with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
