We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with excellent communication and coordination skills. Freshers can apply; candidates with 1+ year experience in Manufacturing will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer orders, queries and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse and Logistics teams.
- Follow up on production and timely delivery.
- Prepare quotations, invoices and sales documents.
- Maintain order records and sales reports.
- Support the sales team in daily operations.
Requirements:
- Graduate from any recognized institute.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good coordination, follow-up and multitasking skills.
- CRM/ERP knowledge will be an advantage.
