Pricing Coordinator – Freight Forwarding & 3PL

Ryan Worldwide, a Dubai-based 3PL and freight forwarding company, is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Pricing Coordinator to join our back-office team in Vyttila, Kochi.

The ideal candidate should have experience in freight forwarding, excellent email communication skills, and the ability to communicate confidently in English with international agents, vendors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate freight rates for air, sea, and land transportation with international freight forwarding agents and service providers.
- Communicate with overseas agents through professional emails to obtain quotations, negotiate rates, and follow up on pending responses.
- Work with freight agency networks such as JCtrans to source competitive rates and coordinate shipment requirements.
- Prepare accurate quotations and submit pricing details to the operations and sales teams within the required timelines.
- Compare vendor rates, maintain pricing records, and ensure rates are updated and properly documented.
- Follow up with agents and vendors to ensure timely responses and smooth coordination.
- Maintain professional communication with international partners across different time zones.

Requirements

- Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a similar pricing coordination role.




- Experience working with freight forwarding agent networks such as JCtrans is strongly preferred.
- Excellent email drafting skills with qualified business English.
- Good spoken English and strong listening and comprehension skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate clearly with overseas agents.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and general computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-up skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Must be a resident of Kochi or willing to relocate to Kochi from the first day of work.

We need someone who can communicate professionally with international freight partners, obtain competitive rates, and coordinate pricing requests efficiently. Candidates with hands-on experience dealing with overseas freight agents will have an advantage.
