About the Company:

We are a well-established medical and surgical supply wholesale firm with a solid track record of over 20–22 years in the industry. Over the past two decades, we have built trusted, long-standing relationships with leading hospitals, nursing homes, doctors, and wholesale stockists across the region.

As we expand our market reach, we are putting together a dedicated 3-member core operations team to manage bulk order execution, hospital dispatch logistics, and credit recovery to streamline the processes.

Direct Hiring Priority: Candidates with hands-on, practical experience in Logic ERP (Pharma) will be given top priority for immediate / direct hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

Bulk Order Fulfillment & Dispatch:

* Handle incoming purchase orders from hospitals and wholesale dealers.

* Verify stock, check batch details, and coordinate with packing staff to ensure zero-error, timely shipments.

* Manage local transport, delivery boys, and couriers for fast turnaround times.

* Credit Tracking & Payment Follow-up:

* Monitor client accounts, outstanding ledgers, and credit maturity (15, 30, or 45-day cycles).

* Coordinate professional, timely follow-ups with hospital purchase departments and dealers for pending dues before releasing current dispatches.

* Software & Data Management (Logic ERP, tally marg):

* Handle order entries, party balances, and daily stock updates using Logic ERP (Pharma).

* Warehouse & Floor Coordination:





* Keep track of fast-moving surgical disposables to prevent stock-outs.

* Direct and supervise packing staff to keep dispatch operations organized during rush hours.

Requirements & Qualifications:

* Software Expertise (Key Requirement): Strong working knowledge of Logic ERP (Pharma) — candidates with this skill are eligible for direct hiring.

* Industry Experience: 1–4 years in Surgical Wholesale, Pharma Distribution, Medical Devices, or Hospital Procurement.

* Domain Knowledge: Clear understanding of medical wholesale dynamics, hospital supply practices, and credit recovery.

* Communication Skills: Confident, polite, and persistent phone etiquette when dealing with hospital procurement heads and wholesale partners.

* Teamwork: Proactive attitude and willingness to work closely within a dedicated 3-member operations unit.
