Job Summary

VisaPedia in Patiala is seeking a Telecaller & Visa Filing officer to manage calls and submit visa applications, interact with clients, and ensure regulatory compliance for Australia visas.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organization, and confidentiality. You will review applications, prepare submissions, track progress, advise clients on requirements, and maintain secure records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent experience (Preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in visa processing, immigration services, or a related admin field is must.
- Strong understanding of immigration laws, visa regulations, and government procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- WORK FROM OFFICE ONLY
- Must have good English skills to speak with clients.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to recent leads and enquiries from ads, social media, walk-ins and referrals
- Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages and enquiries promptly and professionally




- Understand each caller’s goals (study, work, visitor or partner visa) and collect their basic details
- Share general information about our services, the process and the documents usually needed
- Book consultations with the migration agent and counsellors, and send reminders
- Follow up with leads and existing clients regularly until they convert or close
- Chase clients for pending documents and payments, and update them on file progress
- Record every call, lead status and follow-up date accurately in our CRM or tracker
- Meet daily and weekly calling and conversion targets
- Report daily on calls made, leads generated and appointments booked
- Pass detailed or case-specific questions to the migration agent
- Keep all client information confidential

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
