Job Overview:
We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive with 0–5 years of experience to handle customer calls, lead follow-ups, and customer enquiries. The candidate should have positive communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle sales enquiries for residential and commercial interior design projects.
- Contact prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements, budget, location, design preferences, and project timeline.
- Conduct client discussions and explain interior design solutions and project processes.
- Coordinate with architects and interior designers to develop suitable design proposals.
- Arrange and attend client meetings and site visits.
- Present design concepts, materials, quotations, BOQs, and project proposals to clients.
- Handle client follow-ups, negotiations, pricing discussions, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Design, Site, and Project Teams.
- Follow up with customers from initial enquiry through quotation and project confirmation.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, quotation status, follow-up details,



and project information.
- Support telecalling and lead-generation activities whenever required.
- Handle basic sales administration, documentation, and customer coordination.
- Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed interior projects.
- Maintain client relationships and generate repeat and referral business.
- Achieve assigned sales, follow-up, lead conversion, and project targets.

Eligibility

- 0–5 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
- Languages: Tamil & English.
- Any Graduate.

Salary & Benefits

- ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
- PF + ESI.
- Performance-based incentives.
