We are looking for an experienced and motivated **Team Leader – Real Estate** to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and achieve monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership, communication, and real estate sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team.
* Set daily and monthly targets and ensure achievement.
* Generate and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, and site visits.
* Guide team members in converting leads into successful bookings.
* Monitor individual and team performance regularly.
* Conduct regular team meetings and provide sales training and support.
* Build strong relationships with customers and understand their property requirements.
* Coordinate with the marketing and management teams for lead generation and sales activities.
* Maintain accurate sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
* Ensure a professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Requirements
* Minimum **1 year of experience** in real estate sales/team handling.
* Proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is preferred.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
* Ability to handle customer queries and sales negotiations.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and property site visits.
