" Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and recovery follow-ups. Explain outstanding dues and repayment options politely and clearly. Follow up on promised payments and update call/customer records accurately. Achieve daily and monthly collection/calling targets. Handle customer queries professionally and follow company policies.
Maintain accurate records and coordinate with the team for resolution of cases." WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, collections, debt recovery, or a similar calling profile preferred. Freshers may be considered if suitable.
