Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety management plans for construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Monitor safe work practices for high-risk activities, including work at height, scaffolding, lifting operations, excavation, and electrical work.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training programs for employees, contractors, and site personnel.
- Coordinate with Project Directors, Project Managers, Site Engineers, and contractors to address safety concerns.
- Monitor contractor compliance with HSE requirements and maintain relevant safety documentation.
- Prepare HSE performance reports, incident reports, audit findings, and compliance updates for management.
- Monitor environmental practices, including waste management, housekeeping, and pollution prevention.




- Track safety observations and corrective actions to ensure timely closure.
- Lead and guide site HSE personnel and promote accountability for safety across project teams.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional HSE qualifications or certifications are preferred.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, risk assessment, incident investigation, and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience in conducting safety audits, site inspections, and HSE training.
- Experience in managing and guiding HSE teams across construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with project teams, contractors, and senior management.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
