JOB DESCRIPTION - Service Engineer
Location -Chinchawad Pune

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out machine installation, commissioning, and trial runs at customer sites.
- Provide PLC, Mechanical, and Electrical troubleshooting support.
- Attend breakdown calls and resolve customer issues within committed timelines.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and machine health checks.
- Support machine dispatch and installation planning.
- Ensure all customer MOM (Minutes of Meeting) points are addressed during installation and service visits.
- Prepare and submit service reports after each site visit.
- Assist in machine testing and validation before dispatch.
- Coordinate with the design, production, assembly and service teams for issue resolution.
- Support customers through phone, email, and in office visits.
- Maintain service records and update customer feedback.

Qualification

- B.E. Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering
- OR




- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic EngineeringExperience
- 1–5 years of experience in machine servicing, commissioning, industrial automation, or technical support.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and willingness to travel may also apply.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo Systems, Sensors, and Industrial Automation.
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer support and installations.
- Knowledge of MS Office and service reporting.
