Job Summary

We are hiring a Tele Sales Executive to generate leads, pitch our courier and freight services, give quotes, and convert enquiries into regular shipping customers. Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls daily to prospects such as small businesses, e-commerce sellers, exporters, importers, and individuals
- Handle inbound enquiries and quote requests from the website, phone, and WhatsApp
- Explain our services: international courier, domestic courier, air freight, and sea freight
- Prepare and share shipping quotes based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service type
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and arrange pickups with the operations team
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into repeat customers
- Guide customers on documentation, packaging, and prohibited goods
- Update clients on shipment status using tracking tools
- Maintain lead and call records in the CRM or Excel




- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Gather customer feedback and share market and competitor rates with the management

Requirements

- 12th pass or Graduate (any stream)
- 0-3 years of experience in tele sales, inside sales
- Valuable communication in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, WhatsApp Business)
- Ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently

Preferred Skills

- Experience in courier, freight forwarding, or logistics sales
- Knowledge of international courier rates, volumetric weight, and shipping documents
- Existing contacts among exporters, traders, or online sellers in Ahmedabad
- Negotiation and objection-handling skills

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday | [11:00 AM - 8:00 PM] | Work from office
