Job Summary

Akarion Consultancy is looking for a motivated, confident, and result-orientated Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating business leads, promoting the company's services, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. This opportunity is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to two years of experience who have strong communication skills, an interest in sales, and a willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through online research, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other platforms.




- Reach out to potential clients and introduce Akarion's IT consulting, digital marketing, website development, and app development services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services based on their business needs.
- Schedule client meetings, follow up on enquiries, and coordinate discussions with the internal team.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into successful business deals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, lead-generation goals, and business development objectives.
- Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth client communication and service delivery.
- Maintain qualified communication and ensure a positive client experience throughout the sales process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; a degree in business administration, marketing, management, or a related field is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or client acquisition. Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, Google Sheets, MS Excel, or CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to understand client requirements and present services confidently.
- Self-motivated, target-orientated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
