Queensway Overland in Athani, Kochi, is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Parts Executive to manage vehicle spare parts, accessories, inventory, and related documentation. The candidate will be responsible for identifying parts requirements, coordinating purchases, maintaining stock records, and ensuring the timely availability of spare parts and accessories for workshop operations. The ideal candidate should have valuable organizational skills, basic computer knowledge, and an interest in automotive spare parts, particularly for SUVs, 4x4 vehicles, and off-road vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and arrange spare parts and accessories as per workshop requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts and accessories.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, orders, deliveries, and replacements.
- Issue parts to technicians and maintain proper issue records.
- Monitor stock levels and report low-stock or fast-moving items.




- Assist in identifying the correct parts based on vehicle models and specifications.
- Maintain purchase orders, invoices, bills, and other related documents.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely availability of required parts.
- Track pending orders and follow up on delayed deliveries.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of parts.

Requirements

- Any degree, diploma, or relevant qualification is preferred.
- Experience in automobile spare parts, inventory, or store operations is an advantage.
- Freshers with an interest in automotive parts management may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of automobile spare parts and accessories is desirable.
- Knowledge of SUVs, 4x4 vehicles, or off-road accessories is an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
