Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic US IT Recruiter with a proven track record in US IT staffing. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top-tier IT talent across the United States. You must possess a deep understanding of technical roles, tax terms, and visa types, combined with excellent communication skills to effectively engage with high-caliber technology professionals.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers and onboarding IT professionals.

Talent Sourcing: Utilize major job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean strings, and skilled networks to identify top talent.

Technical Vetting: Screen candidates thoroughly for technical competencies across domains including Java, .NET, Python, Cloud (AWS/Azure), DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, and other emerging technologies.

Relationship Management:



Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates for current and future project requirements.

Tax & Visa Compliance: Demonstrate solid understanding of US visa types (H1B, L1, Green Card, US Citizen, OPT/CPT) and employment tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate competitive compensation packages and hourly rates while maintaining company profitability targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of direct experience in US IT Staffing and Recruitment.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT jargon, software development lifecycles, and cloud infrastructure ecosystems.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a neutral accent or standard global business dialect suitable for interacting with US candidates.

Must be comfortable working a dedicated night shift and commuting to our Tolichowki, Hyderabad office daily.

Tools: Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
