Key Responsibilities:
The trainee will complete the company’s Workplace Essentials Programme and the required assessments to identify their strengths and career interests. Based on the assessment results, individual interests, and organisational requirements, the trainee will then receive role-specific training in Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, or Digital Marketing.
