- 半導体工場の生産システム（社内システム）の障害対応、ユーザサポート、依頼業務

Responsibilities

SFSJ is deploying Automation system for manufacturing. The system is provided from FY20. Operators and Engineers need to know how to use them. And when problem happen it will affect production. Users need to know contact person for all the systems. As a single contact window of all the systems. The member of this position will provide how to use them. And escalating request to appropriate engineers. And manual base, troubleshooting is also in scope. The service will be provided 24 x 7. Accordingly, this position is for shift working members. In addition to troubleshooting, also handle daily requests for new tool, new part registrations, and changes to operate the MES system.

Required Experience and Skills

- 24 時間365日交代制勤務による生産システムの障害監視、障害時の復旧作業の実施
- 障害時に関係者へアナウンス、ユーザからの問い合わせ対応
- 作業マニュアルに沿ったトラブル対応




- 障害時の1次受付、調査、復旧、および担当エンジニアへの取り次ぎ
- 改善要望取り次ぎ
- ITIL( 障害管理・問題管理)
- 依頼業務（MESシステムへの新規設備・品番登録・変更等）
- 事務所での作業および現場（クリーンルーム）での障害調査、復旧作業

Desired Experience and Skills

＜必須＞

- IT スキル
- 5 年以上のITインフラ、アプリケーションの運用保守経験

＜歓迎＞

- ユーザサポート経験（ヘルプデスク等）
- 半導体工場で業務経験、MESシステム運用経験
- 英語による最低限のコミュニケーションスキル（メール、資料理解等）
- 自動化システム業務の開発、運用経験

＜学歴＞

- 大卒、高専卒、専門学校卒

＜その他＞

- - 社内利用者の要求を的確に理解し、対応できる人物が好ましい
- サポートによって利用者の問題が解決することを喜べる人物が好ましい
