Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team at Southern Stock Academy. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential students, explaining our trading education programs, following up with leads, and scheduling counselling sessions to generate admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and generate admissions leads.
- Explain our stock market and trading education courses clearly.
- Follow up with interested leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule appointments and counselling sessions for prospective students.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and counselling team to improve conversions.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good persuasion, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work towards targets.
