Alpha Trading is an established wholesale trading company operating successfully in Bahrain, with branches in Manama, Riffa, Muharraq, and Gudhaibiya. The company specializes in electrical, sanitary, and plumbing products.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager to oversee branch operations, sales, accounts, and inventory management at our Valanchery branch. Candidates with experience in wholesale trading and knowledge of Tally accounting software will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- - Manage and supervise overall branch operations.
- - Lead the sales team and achieve business targets.
- - Monitor sales, purchases, payments, and collections.
- - Maintain accounting records using Tally software.
- - Oversee billing, invoicing, and financial documentation.
- - Monitor inventory, stock availability, and stock movement.
- - Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and the accounts team.
- - Prepare sales reports and monitor branch expenses.
- - Ensure proper documentation and accurate financial records.




- - Report branch performance to management.

Qualifications & Experience

- - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar wholesale trading business.
- - Knowledge of electrical, sanitary, and plumbing products is preferred.
- - Knowledge of Tally accounting software is preferred.
- - Experience in sales, accounts, inventory, and branch management.
- - Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing software.

Salary & Advantages

- - Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹75,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
- - Free company-provided accommodation.
- - Working hours: Starting at 9:30 AM.
