DIRECT PATIENT CARE:

1. Ensures proper admission, discharges, transfer in & transfer out of patients.

2. Plans nursing care & make patient assignments as per their nursing needs.

3. Assist in the direct care/ provides direct care to patients as & when required.

4. See that total health needs of the patients are met.

5. Ensure safety, comfort & valuable personal hygiene of the patients.

6. Assists in planning & administration of the therapeutic diet to all patients & ensure that helpless patients are regularly fed as per direction.

7. Ensures that proper observations of records of the patients are made & necessary information imported to the concerned authority.

8. Takes nursing rounds with staffs & trainees.

9. Makes rounds with doctors, assisting them in diagnosis & treatment of patients.

10. Implement doctor’s instructions concerning patient treatment.

11. Assist patient & their relatives to adjust in the hospital & its routine.

12. Co-ordinate patient care with other department.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹56,000.00 per month
