- Engage and mobilize rural communities to participate in skill development activities.
- Identify and onboard beneficiaries for training programs across districts.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders, government officials, and training partners.
- Conduct workshops and awareness camps on skill development and livelihood opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of field activities.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Social Work or Rural Development preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in community mobilization or fieldwork.
- Solid communication skills in Hindi and the local dialect; English is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively to remote and hilly areas of Uttarakhand.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
