Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Hospital Administration Faculty to handle academic sessions for students pursuing Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classes in Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, notes, and study materials.
- Deliver engaging and practical classroom sessions.
- Conduct assignments, assessments, presentations, and academic activities.
- Monitor student attendance and academic performance.
- Guide and mentor students in their academic development.
- Complete the assigned syllabus within the scheduled timeline.
- Maintain academic records and required documentation.
- Support seminars, workshops, and other academic activities.
- Coordinate with the Centre In-Charge and academic team.
Eligibility
- M.Com / Master's degree in Commerce or a relevant discipline.
- Candidates with knowledge or experience in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management will be preferred.
- Teaching or training experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
