About the Role

Thread Security Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated, communication-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support business growth through lead generation, client outreach, and relationship building. The ideal candidate will be proactive, persuasive, and comfortable initiating conversations with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct cold calls and outreach to prospective clients.
- Identify potential customers and generate qualified sales leads.
- Follow up with prospects to build and maintain business relationships.
- Schedule meetings and sales appointments for the business development team.
- Maintain lead records and track follow-up activities.
- Support the sales team in achieving lead generation and outreach targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of lead generation, prospecting, and client follow-ups.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented,



and proactive approach.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an advantage.

Job Details

- Experience: 0–2 years; freshers with solid communication skills may apply
- Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on experience
