* Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions.
* Handle bulk hiring, candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
* Understand client requirements and coordinate resource deployment.
* Manage client onboarding and employee onboarding processes.
* Coordinate with business development and technical teams.
* Maintain resource availability, deployment trackers and recruitment MIS.
* Support client communication, project staffing and workforce planning.
* Develop HR processes, policies and standard operating procedures.
* Track hiring turnaround time, resource utilization and onboarding status.
* Support vendor coordination and subcontractor resource management where required.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
