About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic advertising and digital marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Creative Development

- Conceptualise and design engaging creatives for social media, digital advertisements, branding campaigns, websites, and print media.
- Develop campaign key visuals, social media posts, carousels, banners, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Work across multiple client accounts while maintaining each brand's unique visual identity.
- Create compelling ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Develop brand identities, logo concepts, packaging designs, and marketing collateral.
- Translate creative briefs into visually appealing and strategically effective designs.

2. Video Editing & Motion Graphics

- Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, digital advertisements, promotional films, and brand campaigns.
- Create engaging motion graphics, animated creatives, transitions, and visual effects.
- Work with raw footage to produce professional videos with colour grading, sound design, and seamless editing.
- Develop short-form video content optimised for social media engagement and advertising performance.




- Collaborate with content creators, videographers, and marketing teams to execute video concepts

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in an advertising or digital marketing agency.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and InDesign.
- Strong knowledge of motion graphics, typography, layout design, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating performance marketing creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of social media formats, trends, and platform-specific content requirements.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, and other generative AI platforms.
- Ability to independently manage projects from conceptualisation to final execution.
- Robust communication, creative problem-solving, and time management skills
