Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Department: Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee overall financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Manage accounting operations, financial reporting, and monthly/annual closures.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory audits, and other financial regulations.
- Monitor company expenses, profitability, revenue, and cost optimization.
- Manage taxation, audits, banking relationships, and financial risk.
- Develop financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
- Supervise the Accounts & Finance team and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Coordinate with management on financial performance, MIS reports, and strategic decisions.
- Establish internal financial controls, policies,



and procedures.
- Manage working capital, investments, and fund allocation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- CA / CMA / MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 8–12+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of taxation, financial planning, compliance, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
