Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Architect to lead architectural design and planning for residential, commercial, and real estate development projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with consultants and project teams, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and overseeing design execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural planning, design, and development for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Prepare and review architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Develop design concepts that balance aesthetics, functionality, sustainability, and project budgets.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, interior designers, and civil engineering teams.
- Review site conditions and ensure architectural designs align with project requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, development control regulations, and local authority requirements.
- Prepare design presentations, 2D drawings, 3D visualisations, and project documentation.
- Review drawings and specifications prepared by junior architects and design team members.
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve architectural issues.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Manage design revisions, project timelines, and documentation.
- Support approval processes and coordinate drawings required for statutory permissions.
- Monitor project quality, design consistency, and adherence to approved plans.
- Identify opportunities to optimise space utilisation, materials, and construction costs.




- Guide junior architects and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognised institution.
- Registration with the Council of Architecture, where applicable to the role.
- 5–10 years of experience in architectural design, real estate, or construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant architectural design software.
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other BIM and visualisation tools is preferred.
- Strong understanding of building planning, construction methods, and architectural detailing.
- Knowledge of local building regulations, development permissions, and approval processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in residential townships, high-rise buildings, commercial properties, or mixed-use developments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Robust design sensibility combined with practical construction knowledge.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and government approval authorities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of leading an architectural team.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
