We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage and oversee interior design and fit-out works at our project sites in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, vendors, and the design team to ensure timely execution and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and manage labor and subcontractors.
- Ensure timely completion of interior projects as per design specifications.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for material requirements and deliveries.
- Maintain site safety and cleanliness.
- Communicate progress and issues to project managers and senior architects.
- Read and interpret drawings and execution plans.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in supervising interior fit-out and renovation works.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and labor teams efficiently.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to travel to different sites across Navi Mumbai.
