- Position overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior React Lead to support the design, development, and evolution of modern frontend applications for a large-scale transformation program. This role combines hands-on React development with technical leadership, frontend architecture, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

- The ideal candidate will bring robust expertise in React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, frontend best practices, UI architecture, and AI-assisted development workflows, along with the ability to mentor engineers, drive technical decisions, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

- This position is intended for Hyderabad-based candidates who are available to work from the office.

- Technology stack: React, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, Git, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Next.js

- Responsibilities: Lead frontend development using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript

- Define and support frontend architecture, component structure, and implementation standards

- Design and build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components

- Collaborate with product, design, backend, QA, and platform teams

- Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and delivery planning

- Mentor and guide frontend engineers

- Ensure frontend performance, accessibility, quality, and maintainability





- Support integration with APIs and enterprise systems

- Contribute to frontend modernization and continuous improvement initiatives

- Use AI tools and automation to improve development speed, code quality, testing, and documentation

- Requirements: Strong experience as a Senior React Engineer or React Lead with hands-on ownership of production applications.

- Deep knowledge of React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with experience building reusable and maintainable frontend components.

- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, performance optimization, and responsive UI development.

- Experience integrating React applications with REST APIs and enterprise backend services.

- Solid understanding of accessibility, browser behavior, and modern frontend engineering practices.

- Proven ability to lead technical discussions, mentor engineers, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong Git workflow habits and familiarity with modern frontend tooling and testing practices.

- Hands-on experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent.

- Experience with AI-assisted coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and prompt-driven development workflows.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in Agile, client-facing environments.

- Nice to have: Experience with Next.js or other modern React frameworks

- Experience with design systems and component libraries

- Experience in enterprise transformation programs

- Familiarity with automated frontend testing tools

- Experience working in finance, education, or association based platforms
