We are looking for an ambitious, driven, and knowledgeable Business Development Manager with deep roots in the automotive industry to lead our growth, build lasting client relationships, and expand our customer base.

Role Overview

As our Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind our sales strategy and customer acquisition. You will target car enthusiasts, luxury car owners, auto dealerships, vehicle fleet managers, and automotive partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify, pitch, and close sales opportunities with retail customers, car enthusiasts, high-net-worth clients, and commercial/dealership partners.
- Lead Generation & Networking: Proactively generate leads through cold calls, automotive events, car club partnerships, dealership relationships, and digital inquiries.
- Product Education & Consulting: Consult with clients on vehicle protection options (PPF packages, Ceramic Coating tiers, paint correction, etc.), helping them select the best services for their vehicles.
- Partnerships & B2B Sales: Build and maintain long-term business relationships with local dealerships, luxury vehicle brokers, body shops, and car clubs.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Track inquiries, manage quotes,



follow up with leads, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
- Market Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest automotive detailing technologies, product lines, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 2+ years of proven sales or business development experience specifically within the automotive detailing, aftermarket, or luxury automotive sector.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrated experience selling Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coatings, paint correction, or related auto protection products.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
- Customer Focus: High level of professionalism with a consultative selling approach suitable for high-end automotive clientele.
- Self-Motivated: Strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, and a drive to hit and exceed sales targets.
- Valid Driver’s License: Required (a passion for cars is a major plus!).
