Role Description

Lifebridge Child Development Center is Hiring for a skilled compassionate, child friendly Physiotherapist to assess and support children with developmental delays, movement difficulties, motor challenges, and physical disabilities.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct physiotherapy and Occupational therapy assessments to identify developmental, sensory, motor, and functional needs of children.
- Develop individualized therapy goals and intervention plans based on each child's needs.
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based occupational therapy sessions.
- Work on fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, coordination, motor planning, cognitive and visual-motor skills.
- Monitor and document each child progress and update therapy goals accordingly.
- Provide parents with practical home-based strategies and provide feedback on progress.
- Collaborate with psychologists, speech therapists, behavioral therapists, special educators, and Occupational therapist.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow LIFEBRIDGE's policies and safety standards.
- Build positive relationships with children and families while maintaining a warm,



professional, and child-centered approach.
- Support handwriting, school readiness, attention, self-care, and Activities of Daily Living (ADL's)

Qualifications

- BPT / MPT from a recognized institution.
- Communication skills in English, Telugu (Mandatory), Hindi (preferred)
- Candidate from Hyderabad highly appreciated.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred or child development center.
- Freshers with strong clinical knowledge and a genuine interest in working with children may also apply.
- Experience in sensory integration, developmental therapy, school readiness, or pediatric rehabilitation will be an advantage.
- Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
